Job summary

Hire Ecom is seeking a Shopify Web Developer to build, customize, and optimize Shopify stores for high performance, conversions, and engaging UI. You will design, develop, and customize stores, themes, and apps, integrating Klaviyo, ReCharge, Bold, Yotpo, and more.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years Shopify experience, strong command of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify CLI, plus Shopify Plus and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Shopify development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify CLI.
• Experience in Shopify Plus, custom API integrations, and third-party app development.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO optimization, mobile-first design, and ADA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
• Experience with Shopify analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Optimize store speed, navigation, and checkout process.
• Fix bugs, coding errors, and compatibility issues.
• Ensure stores are ADA-compliant, secure, and meet Shopify’s best practices.
• Implement A/B testing for UI/UX elements, landing pages, and checkout processes.
