Goodwill - Redwood Empire seeks a ShopGoodwill.com Manager to oversee cyber operations, grow revenue, and manage donations processing across the Santa Rosa service area. This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Donated Goods and requires leadership in a fast-paced online sales environment.

The position involves travel within the Goodwill ~ Redwood Empire territory, supervision of ShopGoodwill staff, and ensuring quality customer service with a focus on profitability and compliance

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education with an emphasis in Business preferred.
• 3 years of proven management experience in an online sales environment is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate growth of business and process improvement.
• Valid CA Class C Driver’s License and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Must have access to a reliable passenger vehicle that supports essential functions.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook at proficient level.
• Superior organizational and administrative skills.
• Developed leadership skills resulting in strong ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive ShopGoodwill revenue performance, ensuring achievement of financial targets and revenue growth.
• Utilize data analytics to understand variances and progress of KPIs; ensure timely reporting of sales and production data.
• Ensure internal and external policies, procedures and standards are met.
• Implement and maintain procedures to maximize efficiency in production, sales, customer service and receipt of store donations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, resolving all customer issues in a satisfactory and timely manner.
• Manage end-to-end processes for online sales and shipping, including relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Manage the front-end website experience, category strategy, landing pages, product assortment, pricing, and merchandising mix.
• Ensure safety standards are met.
• Provide training and effective communication to store management to maximize quality of donated goods for cyber store.
• Maintain a team-oriented environment; guide ShopGoodwill staff within Goodwill principles.
• Create accountability through training and development of all employees on responsibilities and policies.
• Ensure department administrative functions are carried out timely and efficiently.
• Identify and communicate recommendations to improve user experience, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
