Goodwill - Redwood Empire seeks a ShopGoodwill.com Manager to oversee cyber operations, grow revenue, and manage donations processing across the Santa Rosa service area. This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Donated Goods and requires leadership in a fast-paced online sales environment.

The position involves travel within the Goodwill ~ Redwood Empire territory, supervision of ShopGoodwill staff, and ensuring quality customer service with a focus on profitability and compliance

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education with an emphasis in Business preferred.
• 3 years of proven management experience in an online sales environment is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate growth of business and process improvement.
• Valid CA Class C Driver’s License and proof of personal auto insurance.

• Utilize data analytics to understand variances and progress of KPIs; ensure timely reporting of sales and production data.

• Maintain a team-oriented environment; guide ShopGoodwill staff within Goodwill principles.
• Create accountability through training and development of all employees on responsibilities and policies.
• Ensure department administrative functions are carried out timely and efficiently.
• Identify and communicate recommendations to improve user experience, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

POSITION TITLE: ShopGoodwill.com Manager

STATUS: Non-Exempt / Full-Time

DEPARTMENT: 5231 - ShopGoodwill

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Donated Goods

SAFETY SENSITIVE: HIGH - Position is subject to pre-employment physical and, drug & alcohol screening.

This is a full-time 40 hours per week position and is eligible for company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Location - ShopGoodwill - 2007 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.

The starting wage for this position is $35.00 per hour.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB

The ShopGoodwill.com Manager is responsible for all facets of cyber operations including financial performance, personnel management, collections, processing, loss control while ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency and a positive image of GIRE in the community. The ShopGoodwill.com Manager is expected to maintain an active presence in ShopGoodwill during scheduled hours of operation and will travel across the Goodwill ~ Redwood Empire service area as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Own and drive ShopGoodwill revenue performance, ensuring achievement of financial targets and revenue growth
• Utilize data analytics to understand variances and progress of KPIs. Responsible for ensuring that all reporting of sales and production data is delivered timely to the appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure internal and external policies, procedures and standards are met
• Implement and maintain procedures to maximize efficiency in production, sales, customer service and receipt of store donations with a focus on continuous improvement
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, resolving all customer issues in a satisfactory and timely manner
• Manage end-to-end processes required for online sales and shipping, including maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Manage the front-end website experience, category strategy, landing pages, product assortment, pricing, and overall merchandising mix
• Ensure that safety standards are met
• Provide training and effective communication to store management to maximize the quality of donated goods being sent to cyber store
• Maintain a team-oriented environment. Manage ShopGoodwill team within Goodwill guiding principles
• Create accountability through training and development of all employees on job responsibilities, work habits, and policies and procedures of GIRE.
• Ensure that all department administrative functions are carried out timely and efficiently
• Identify and communicate recommendations to improve user experience, sales conversion, and opportunities for revenue growth.
