Integrated Aqua Systems, Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician II in Vista, CA to fabricate, assemble, plumb, and test complex equipment per drawings and BOMs. You will work on multi-component systems including pumps, valves, panels, piping, and skids with strong ownership of workmanship.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and practical problem-solving, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and contribute to production documentation.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Experience with PVC piping and plastics materials.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; follows safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and complete fabrication, mounting, plumbing, assembly, testing, and shipping tasks.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, cut lists, specs, and work instructions.
• Fabricate PVC piping and plastic components with accurate layout and joining.
• Mount components on skids, frames, tanks, and assemblies.
• Perform testing and ensure quality with proper documentation.
• Assist in onboarding less-experienced technicians and uphold 5S standards.
