Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of mechanical assembly/manufacturing experience, preferably with pumps or hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment and mechanical assembly practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to train less-experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble complete pump systems and perform complex mechanical/hydraulic assemblies.
• Set up and perform testing of completed units and document results.
• Verify dimensions, torque, alignment, and installation against drawings.
• Troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions; coordinate with multiple teams.
• Complete JO/traveler, inspection, and test documentation; assist with planning assembly completion.
