Job summary

VivoAquatics Inc. in California is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to manage a route of commercial pool properties, diagnose and resolve issues across chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems, and install VivoPoint feed systems.

You’ll perform routine water testing, calibrate instrumentation, document visits, and provide proactive actions to prevent failures. With on-site visits to upscale properties, you’ll work with a team that supports growth, onboarding, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or a comparable technical field.
• CPO certification required within the first 90 days.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in mechanical spaces.
• Travel up to 50%, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a full background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled onsite visits according to route schedule and contract scope.
• Conduct chemical water testing and provide adjustment recommendations.
• Handle, transport, store, and apply pool chemicals safely.
• Diagnose, calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot probes and instrumentation.
