Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cylinder fleet at the shop, including inbound/outbound cylinders, consolidation, inventory management, and tracking using our software.
• Implement and manage the 'Ready for pickup' process for cylinders returning to the reclamation facility.
• Receive cylinders, analyze refrigerant types, and perform consolidation.
• Operate pallet jacks & liftgates.
• Assist technicians with loading/unloading trucks.
• Manage parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform general maintenance on recovery equipment.
• Handle technical duties related to refrigerant workflows.
• Operate equipment safely following EPA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull cylinders weighing over 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and refrigerant handling preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Mechanical ability.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain an EPA 608 License within 14 days of employment.
• Excellent communication, reading, writing, and math skills.
