Summary

Adjudicates CDHC (FSA/DCA) claims in accordance with plan provisions and supports Customer Service and other departments related to servicing clients. Manages debit card substantiation processes through member portals, manual, or fax submissions. Reviews and distributes FSA/DCA and HSA reports.

Job Duties
  • Handles all aspects of Consumer Driven Health Plans including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing inquiries from Customer Service. Implements new employee benefits and changes. Processes manual/electronic claims for Child Care, Dependent Care, and Health FSA.
  • Manages debit card activities including monitoring POS transactions, reviewing unauthorized refunds, reissuing lost/stolen cards, adding spouses/dependents manually when necessary, investigating errors, and managing the entire substantiation process.
  • Investigates checks presented for stale dating, lost/stolen checks, or escheat reporting requests.
  • Maintains and updates documentation related to policies and procedures for the CDHC department.
  • Manages reports for FSA/DCA and HSA, updates user profiles to ensure compliance.
  • Supports new business implementations with analysis and plan design according to client specifications.
  • Communicates with call centers and management regarding unusual trends or circumstances affecting call volume.
  • Performs year-end reconciliation, researches discrepancies, and prepares reports for clients.
  • Coordinates with IT for process improvements within CDHC.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in FSA claim processing and adjudication
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Physical Demands

Lift and carry up to 7 lbs., continuous sitting (>67%), frequent keyboard and fine motor activities, wrist position deviations.
