Qualifications

• Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support team with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting.
• Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on Imaging equipment.
• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other team members as needed.
• Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients.

About The Role:

• Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting


• Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations


• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly


• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed


• Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients
