• Must pass IDOT/ODOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Support team during high demand periods and assist with complex assemblies.
• Prepare, customize, and repair office technology products per standards.
• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment with manuals and team support.
• Provide after-hours service to maintain client uptime.

About The Role:

• Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting
• Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed
• Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients
