Job summary

PERRY proTECH is seeking a Lead Technician to lead the preparation, customization, and repair of various office technology products while ensuring a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

You will support during high demand periods, complete repairs on Imaging equipment, inspect and test gear, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-hours service when needed to uphold quality and uptime. Our team is employee-owned with ESOP benefits, reinforcing a stable, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more of electronics troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass physical requirements

Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! The Lead Technician will be responsible for leading in the preparation, customization, and repair of various office technology products while also maintaining a positive experience for both external and internal customers.

About The Role:

• Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting
• Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed
• Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical abilities
• Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
• 2 years' experience troubleshooting electronics equipment
• Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
