Job summary

PERRY proTECH is seeking a Lead Technician to lead the preparation, customization, and repair of various office technology products while ensuring a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

You will support during high demand periods, complete repairs on Imaging equipment, inspect and test gear, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-hours service when needed to uphold quality and uptime. Our team is employee-owned with ESOP benefits, reinforcing a stable, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more of electronics troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead in preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on Imaging equipment
• Support team during high demand periods and complex assemblies
• Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment with manuals and team collaboration
• Provide after-hours service to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime
