PALFINGER, a leading technology and mechanical engineering company, seeks a Shop Service Manager in Jackson, NJ. Lead branch service operations, oversee technicians, and optimize labor/resources to deliver safe, timely service and superior customer experience.

We offer a competitive package with base salary in the range of $85,000 to $132,000 plus benefits including 401(k), health coverage, and paid time off. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Five years of general shop or service management experience, or seven years in the truck equipment, crane, or lifting equipment industry.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows applications and customer relationship management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to hire, engage, train, and develop service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and Class B commercial driver’s license, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, schedule, engage, and retain In-House Service Technicians to meet customer and operational demands.
• Respond to customer inquiries and equipment service needs, including preparing service quotes and processing warranty claims.
• Manage work in process to support safe, consistent, and timely service delivery.
• Oversee the effective utilization of in-house service resources and maintain strong labor efficiency.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and related expenses, while performing service repairs as operational needs require.
