Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone regarding parts, repairs, and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into the time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Advise stakeholders on job status and coordinate master and sub work orders.
• Generate purchase orders for repairs and maintain part inventory records.
• Research part numbers from data bases and update product catalogs.
• Maintain up-to-date files of technical data and shop records.
