Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to operate onsite at a local branch and support the service team with documentation and materials flow.

Responsibilities include opening/closing work orders, entering time, ordering parts, and communicating with customers to schedule repairs. A clerical background in a service shop and knowledge of engines/electrical systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with engines and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple shop records and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Open and close master and sub work orders.
• Enter time into the time collection system and prepare paperwork.
• Order and distribute materials for shop personnel.
• Greet and assist customers and schedule repairs.
