Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Nolanville, TX is seeking a Shop Administrator to support our shop operations.

You will process invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, maintain inventory, and ensure repair orders are handled promptly while supporting expense records for installations and rolling stock. In this role, you will answer phones professionally, assist Accounts Payable, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems.
• Organizational and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain shop inventory.
• Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
• Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
• Assist with Accounts Payable.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
