GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Shop Clerk to process invoices and POs for materials, equipment and vehicles. The role maintains inventory, processes repair orders, and handles expense records for installations, containers, and rolling stock.

The position requires a GED or high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with JD Edwards AS400, I-PAK, and TMW systems. Strong data entry and organizational abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.
• Organization and data entry skills required.
• Proficiency with I-PAK and/or TMW systems beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain shop inventory.
• Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
• Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
• Assist with Accounts Payable.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
