Shop Mechanic

We are seeking passionate and skilled Shop Mechanics to join our team in Donald, OR. If you love working on equipment and want to grow your skills as a mechanic, this is the opportunity for you. We offer extensive training, resources, and support to help you advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Work on all makes and models of agricultural equipment, ensuring repairs are accurate and timely.
• Analyze and diagnose malfunctions or failures of equipment.
• Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air systems.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment and related products.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and assertive.
• Must provide own tools.

Compensation

$29.98-44.97/hr (depending on experience) plus significant overtime potential. Overtime is paid for work over 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week, with double-time over 12 hours/day. Average earnings include over 150 hours of overtime per year.
