Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations, mentor crew, and ensure top customer service. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and growth from Pit Tech to Manager is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week occasionally.
• Basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting end-of-period and end-of-year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
