Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team and uphold our service standards. The role emphasizes people leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and hands-on shop duties, with paid training and clear promotion paths.

A base pay range plus bonus opportunities supports a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You can join with or without previous management experience, as comprehensive paid training is provided to help you take the Take 5 standards from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 standards.
• Advancement from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training is available.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory via End of Period and End of Year processes.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and manage budgets.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Assisting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
