Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, train crew members, and drive sales. You’ll recruit, schedule, and coach staff while ensuring top customer service and efficient oil-change service.

PAID TRAINING and growth opportunities are offered, with clear paths from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training based on performance. Compensation ranges from $43,800 to $72,200 annually, with health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must have basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting end-of-period/year audits.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service and leading auto service tasks.
