Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced service team. You will recruit, train, schedule, manage inventory, and ensure high customer satisfaction while overseeing daily shop operations.

Paid training is provided, and experienced managers can earn $55,000+ with base pay and bonuses. Prior experience is not required; internal promotion paths are available.

• PAID TRAINING provided to learn Take 5 standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and placing product orders.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations and supporting the crew.
• Performing oil changes and other light auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
