Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in/out of a shallow 3 ft deep pit safely under cars.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend and twist for extended periods.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Experience not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's duties in the Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor ensuring staff and customers are orderly and satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees in Take 5 processes.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters and perform light maintenance.
• Restock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness.
