Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager in Ohio to lead a high‑performing team. You will recruit, train and develop staff while ensuring top service quality and safety in a fast-paced oil change shop.

Paid training is provided; experience is valued but not required. Base pay and bonuses can bring earnings toward the upper end, with full-time benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience is VALUED but not required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Willingness to learn Take 5 processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory including EOP and EOY processes.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Assist crew with duties such as changing oil and performing auto services.
• Drain oil, change oil filters and perform other maintenance as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
