Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced service team. No experience is required, with paid training to equip you to manage oil changes, blade replacements, tire checks, and other light maintenance.

The role offers base pay plus bonus opportunities and room to advance, with comprehensive benefits after hire. Expect a hands-on position, recruiting and coaching staff, scheduling, inventory control, and close collaboration with the store team to drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience is valued or transferable from other roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Managing inventory and placing restock orders.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results within budget.
• Conducting employee evaluations and coaching.
• Overseeing oil changes and other light auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
