Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, manage shop operations, and ensure fast, friendly service. No-experience needed with paid training and rapid growth from Manager-in-Training to leadership roles within the organization.

Earn up to $55k+ per year with base salary and bonus opportunities; comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401(k) match are provided. This on-site role supports hands-on automotive service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Opportunity to move up fast into Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Providing excellent customer service
