Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, manage a team, and ensure service standards. The role features paid training and opportunities for advancement within the Take 5 brand under Driven Brands, with competitive pay and benefits.

The Shop Manager will recruit and train crew, manage schedules and payroll, handle inventory, and monitor financials to drive results. Prior leadership experience is valued but not required, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• No experience required; PAID TRAINING provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and performing End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory.
• Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and budget wisely.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with oil changes and other light automotive services.
