Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager in Ohio to lead a growing team and drive daily operations. Experience is valued but not required, with paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location, oil changes, and light maintenance tasks.

The role offers clear movement toward leadership positions and a supportive path for career growth. As a Shop Manager, you will recruit, train, and manage crew members, supervise schedules, control inventory, and analyze shop performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit under cars.
• Must walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting End of Period/End of Year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage the budget.
