Job summary

Call Your Mother in Fort Collins is seeking a Shop Leader to drive daily operations from open to close. You’ll lead shifts, coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and partner with management to uphold our high-energy, hospitality-driven culture.

Expect a fast-paced environment with generous tips and a commitment to fun, inclusive service. You should have 1–2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, be comfortable with a fast pace, and enjoy building a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting (Shift Leader/Key Holder).
• ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification required or willing to obtain.
• Morning person with weekend availability; able to reserve evenings.
• Outgoing, people-oriented leader who fosters a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations from opening to close while upholding CYM standards.
• Provide clear leadership during shifts to ensure smooth service and team performance.
• Coach and develop teammates through on-the-spot feedback and training.
• Maintain cash handling and complete required financial reporting.
• Partner with the GM to build an inclusive, high-performing shop culture.
