Modern Market Eatery in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations with a hands-on leadership approach. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, ensure guest service standards, monitor food quality, and support the team across all restaurant stations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of shift leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum shift leader experience in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks
• Continually monitor our food and food quality
• Perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge
• Run the shift ensuring breaks are taken on schedule
• Work all stations in the restaurant as needed
• Assist Manager with other duties as needed
