Call Your Mother is hiring a Shop Leader in Vienna to oversee daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure guest experiences meet the brand’s high standards. You’ll lead shifts, uphold safety and procedures, and partner with the management team to create a positive, energetic work environment.

You should bring 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, a passion for hospitality, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong hospitality focus and ability to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification if not already held.
• Morning person with weekend availability.
• Committed to teamwork, integrity, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations from open to close and maintain high standards.
• Provide clear leadership during shifts to keep service efficient.
• Model exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns with care.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure recipes, checklists, and safety standards are followed.
• Assist with inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling as needed.
