Call Your Mother in Reston, VA is seeking a Shop Leader to guide daily operations from open to close. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional hospitality for every guest.

You will balance operations with guest experience, stay active, and own decisions on a busy shift. Experience in leadership and a ServSafe certification is preferred; health benefits and strong growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant shift or similar role.
• Ability to manage a busy shift and own decisions under pressure.
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations from opening through closing.
• Provide leadership during shifts to ensure smooth service and best performance.
• Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality and care.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback and on-the-job training.
• Maintain recipes, checklists, and food safety standards.
• Handle cash procedures and assist with financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the GM to foster a positive, inclusive shop culture.
• Support clean, safe, and organized operations; manage inventory as needed.
• Step into supervisor roles as needed to lead by example.
