Position Overview

Responsible for repairing, maintaining, overhauling, and servicing small engines, heavy equipment, and vehicles.

Essential Duties

• Maintain and repair small and large equipment
• Perform welding services as needed
• Overhaul engines, transmissions, brakes, and other assemblies
• Read manuals and specifications for repairs
• Respond to roadside calls and coordinate towing
• Diagnose and repair large equipment and vehicles
• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Schedule preventive maintenance
• Monitor equipment for safety compliance
• Complete reports and paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Promote safety and environmental practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience may substitute
• 3-5 years of repair and maintenance experience
• Welding experience preferred
