General Laborer

DPR Construction is looking to fill General Labor positions. Previous construction experience is preferred but will train the right individual. This is a great opportunity for hardworking, dedicated, and reliable applicants looking for a company to grow with.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

1. Loads and unloads materials.
2. Performs general housekeeping and maintenance of the project, including disposal of waste materials to eliminate hazards.
3. Carries lumber and other materials to and from storage areas as directed.
4. Receives all materials from vendors.
5. Operates basic tools, both electric and manual (measuring tape, hammer).
6. Works in a safe manner.
7. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to and not limited to 100 pounds.

Working Conditions:

1. Work primarily occurs in on-site environments, which may be indoors or outdoors.
2. May involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust, and fumes.
3. All PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) must be worn at all times, including safety vest, protective eyewear, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves as needed, hard hat, face shield, and approved footwear.

Pay is based on experience and capabilities.
