Flooring Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Proper equipment and material use
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Record hours accurately

Qualifications

• Preferred: Commercial flooring experience
• Willing to travel and stay out of town
• Availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 or older
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
