QUALIFICATIONS

• 18+ years old
• Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
• Dependability, a hard-working spirit, and ability to follow instructions
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to acquire a DOT medical card

CRITERIA

• 1+ years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work
• Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles (not requiring a CDL)
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Construction Laborer, you will be active on various job sites daily. Your responsibilities include preparing sites, performing physical labor, and using hand and power tools to complete tasks according to specifications. You will focus on quality and safety, helping set up and break down materials daily. You will follow company protocols and collaborate with trade teams to ensure successful project completion.

Following directions from supervisors and foremen, you will help load and unload materials, organize tools and trailers, and perform other general labor tasks. You will safely operate trucks and trailers, arrive on time to job sites, and aim to complete quality work while enhancing your trade skills. A 60-day probation period applies before official hiring.
