Bottom Line Equipment in Beaumont, TX seeks a Safety/Service Supervisor to maintain a safe work environment and enforce PPE rules while guiding Heavy Equipment Technicians. The role supports the Service Manager in investigations, staffing, and training, and may assume Manager duties when needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of Wynne System and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction and heavy equipment as a Mechanic or Field Technician.
• Management or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Wynne System and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Sales and Customer Relations concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Train, guide and support Heavy Equipment Technicians and service personnel in safe practices.
• Assist Service Manager in accident/incident investigations and staffing.
• Assist in recruiting Heavy Equipment Technicians to maintain adequate staff.
• Train personnel on standard operating procedures and safety.
• Assign and review work orders according to skill sets and knowledge.
• Evaluate work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Direct and assist in diagnosis of equipment.
• Oversee the Wash Rack area and maintain a ready line of equipment.
• Advise on customer complaints and coordinate in-house technician training.
• Coordinate safety meetings and may fill the Service Manager role in their absence.
