Job summary

Bottom Line Equipment, LLC is seeking a Safety and Service Supervisor to lead safety initiatives and oversee the service department in the Corpus Christi/Robstown area. You will train technicians, enforce PPE rules, and support the Service Manager in investigations and staffing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction/heavy equipment, a Class C license, and experience with Wynne System and MS Office. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety training, and operational coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction and heavy equipment industry as a Mechanic or Field Technician.
• Class C License is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Wynne System and MS Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Understand and enforce safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Train, guide and support Heavy Equipment Technicians in safe practices.
• Assist Service Manager in accident/incident investigations.
• Assist Service Manager in recruiting Heavy Equipment Technicians as needed.
• Responsible for training staff on standard operating procedures.
• Assist in evaluating and assigning work orders based on skill and knowledge.
• Oversee and coordinate work in the Wash Rack area.
• Advise Service Manager of customer complaints; coordinate safety meetings.
