Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and mining machinery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; accredited trade school preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Must pass and maintain drug/alcohol testing per policy.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more lower‑level service technicians.
• Fabricate, modify, and install equipment or parts.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose equipment issues.
• Repair and service drive axles, transmissions, engines, and hydraulics.
• Maintain tools and work area; train junior staff.
