Bottom Line Equipment in Baytown, TX seeks a Safety & Service Supervisor to oversee the Service Department, ensuring a safe environment, enforcing PPE rules, training technicians, and assisting the Service Manager with scheduling and investigations.

Requires at least 5 years in heavy equipment maintenance, supervisory experience preferred, proficiency with Wynne System and MS Office, and a Class C license. High school or better; extensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction and heavy equipment industry as a Mechanic or Field Technician
• Management or Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Wynne System and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of frequently used Sales and Customer Relations Concepts, Practices and Procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements
• Train and support Heavy Equipment Technicians in safe practices
• Assist Service Manager in investigations and staffing
• Assign and review work orders based on skill sets
• Oversee Wash Rack operations and equipment readiness
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and staff training
• May fill the Service Manager role in their absence
