Dave Wright Auto in Iowa is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-volume service department. If you are an experienced technician ready to move into leadership and love solving problems, this role offers growth and impact in a people-first shop.

You will manage advisors, train staff, drive customer service excellence, and collaborate across departments to hit common goals. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them.
• Effectively lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow.
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel.
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members.
• Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain above average customer service scores for the department.
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business.
• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals.
• Other duties as required.
