Dave Wright Nissan in Iowa is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-volume service department and transition from technician to a leadership role. You’ll oversee dispatching, training, and performance while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, applying processes, and collaborating across departments to achieve goals and drive growth. Prior leadership experience in service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow processes and hold the team accountable to them.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow.
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel.
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings.
• Motivate staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain above-average customer service scores for the department.
• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business.
• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Other duties as required.
