Job summary

The role requires hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, proficiency with ERP/MRP (Traverse), and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience providing both theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Two or more years of related experience in project coordination, field service, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of motors or rotating equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects and track milestone dates.
• Work directly alongside shop technicians on assigned projects and be present for key steps and tests.
• Communicate project status at regular intervals to operations management, planners, and customers.
• Identify raw material and component requirements and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain calibration schedule and ensure compliance records are up to date.
