Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or related sector.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $250,000.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and layouts.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and spend extended periods at customer sites.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from quotation handoff through final customer acceptance.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Lead kickoff meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and review drawings and documents.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to track materials, POs, and inventory.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, and customer acceptance on site.
• Travel to customer facilities across North America to supervise execution.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements.
