Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of orders in our label and package facility. You will create and maintain the daily production schedule while ensuring just-in-time procurement of substrates, inks, and tooling to meet ship dates with maximum efficiency and minimal waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Must have strong and accurate data entry skills.
• Must be willing to participate in regular on-the-job training related to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for printing presses, finishing equipment, and other dedicated items.
• Monitor machine uptime and labor availability to identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery dates.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales/Customer Service and the Production floor to provide real-time updates on job status.
• Batch similar jobs (by material or ink setup) to reduce changeover times and increase throughput.
