Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to monitor and accelerate the flow of work and materials within and between departments according to daily and weekly schedules. The role focuses on developing inbound, replenishment, and shipping schedules while maintaining production control narratives across the shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years in a logistics or manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience, automotive a plus.
• 2 years Production Control Scheduling experience.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned work facility and perform duties safely.
• Develop and distribute inbound, replenishment and shipping schedules.
• Monitor workflow and ensure daily production schedules meet customer demands.
• Communicate clearly with management and teams; cross-train as needed.
• Input and retrieve data across multiple systems; maintain shop floor schedules.
