Lockheed Martin Space seeks a Shop-Floor Controller to coordinate production activities and translate plans into actionable daily tasks on the manufacturing floor.

You will ensure resources are in place, monitor progress, and communicate any issues affecting schedule, quality, or safety while supporting cross-functional teams across production planning, quality management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to work under schedule pressure and meet deadlines.
• Cross functional talent development and team building experience.
• Ability to interact with technical, non-technical and business staff at all levels, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities on the manufacturing floor and translate plans into actionable daily tasks.
• Ensure resources are in place, monitor progress, and communicate issues affecting schedule, quality, or safety.
• Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based environment across cross-functional areas.
• May facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training to teams and peers.
