Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team in Canada. You will lead a team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding Lush’s brand values.

You’ll also run training sessions and assist with opening/closing duties as needed to maintain operational excellence. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and a positive, collaborative work environment that uplifts both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store data.
• Lead customer experience and product demonstrations to exceed daily goals.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical positioning; host events to drive traffic.
• Develop product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
