Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Paramus, NJ, is hiring a Part Time Floor Leader (20–29 hours weekly) to support the Store Management Team with sales, customer experience, training, and brand standards.

You’ll lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for results, run demonstrations, manage visuals, stock, and opening/closing duties to keep the store operating at its best. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach team using store metrics and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
