Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Floor Lead to manage day-to-day store operations on the shop floor, delivering warm, best-in-class customer experiences and driving service standards. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a keyholder, you’ll support opening and closing duties, energize the team, coach members to sustain high performance, and push sales through product recommendations and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment on the shop floor or in operations.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience.
• Strong customer service with a passion for delivering great experiences.
• Confident communicator who can motivate and support a team.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and add customer value.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the shop floor to deliver a warm, best-in-class customer experience.
• Support daily store operations including opening, closing and keyholder duties.
